Once you place your order, please check it closely because once your order has been shipped, we offer no returns or refunds.

All discounted material is sold as is, with the aforementioned still being in effect. 

All special-order sales are final. 

If we have mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or have cut the items incorrectly, let us know within two days of delivery so we can discuss the mistake.

We are not liable for incorrectly ordered material. Please order material based off of its description and not the associated image. 

For Local Pickups, once the material is cut and ready for pickup, no refunds will be given for incorrectly ordered material. 

Des Moines Steel Co. is not responsible, or liable, for packages that are delivered incorrectly, or stolen after proof of delivery has been verified/provided by the shipping carrier.
